Bihar e-Procurement Vendor Registration

We provide necessary guidance to bidder/ Vendor for the complete use of e-Procurement system 2.0 efficiently. It covers the entire Bihar e-Procurement Vendor Registration Vendor / Bidder Registration Process step-by-steps.

Step- 1

Visit or type the website address in Google- in the address bar to access the Login

Step – 2

Bidder/ Vendor will click on the “Bidder Registration” button for the registrar of his/her company.

Step- 3

Bidder/ Vendor will get two options for Registration and click.
a) Fresh Registration
b) Continue with TRN (Temporary Registration Number)
Bidder will select the option and click on the “Continue” button.

Click on Fresh Registration

Step- 4

Firstly Bidder/ Vendor has to select his owned “Country”, then enter the mandatory fields’ data (Title, First Name,
Last Name, Correspondence Mobile No., Communication Email ID and Captcha) and click on “Get OTP”

Step- 5

The Bidder/ Vendor will get the registered Email OTP and registered Mobile OTP to his/her respective email id given at the time of registration and mobile number. He will put the same and click on the “Validate” button.

Step- 6

After validating the registered email id and registered mobile number bidder/ Vendor will enter his/her company details.

Fax Number
Email Id
Then click on the “Save” button.

Step – 7

On the next tab, Bidder/ Vendor will enter Organization details and also select the “Organization Item Category”.

Step- 8

The next tab is for “Payment”. Bidder/ Vendor will click on the “Pay Now” button/ tab and pay the registration
payment through the given online mode.

Step- 9

After making the payment, the bidder/ Vendor will click on the “Save” button/tab and then click on the “Submit” button.

Step- 10

The Bidder/ Vendor will put his/her desired username and accept the disclaimer. Then click on the “Submit” button.

Step- 11

The Bidder/ Vendor will get a success message on the screen with the “Ok” button.

After clicking on the “Ok” button, the bidder/ Vendor will get a mail notification to reset his/her password.

The Bidder/ Vendor will put his / her Username, Password, and Captcha on the login page.

Step- 12

After entering the registered user id and password, TC will select the Digital Signature Certificate and click
on ok button for authentication
