Reasons for Rejection of Vendor registration Application form

Vendor application can be rejected when required documents are not attached or updated correctly along with below-specified points are detected at the time of verifying the application

1. Name of the Company mentioned in application the  does not match with uploaded papers
2. Company Registration certificate not attached
3. Type of company not assigned correctly
4. Address mention in application does not match with uploaded papers
5. Address proof of company not attached
6. Bank details mention in application does not match with uploaded papers
7. Cancel Cheque not attached
8. Pan card number mention in application does not match with uploaded papers
9. Pan card copy not attached
10. GST number mention in application does not match with uploaded papers
11. GST certificate not attached
12. Pan card number and GST number does not match
13. PAN card and DIN number of Directors not attached
14. PAN card and Address proof of partners not attached
15. PAN card and Address proof of proprietor not attached
16. PAN card and Address proof of trustee not attached
17. Vendor registration charges not deposited
18. Others (i.e not included in above)

Hence vendors are requested to fill-up the form correctly and upload the correct documents, so as to the creation of vendor without rejection of application.

Urgent vendor codes are not possible, system is designed as per First come first basis, hence it is advisable to submit Vendor transaction No 1 month prior to your tender closing date.

On Written request from the Vendor or applicant, the Head of the department shall issue a no-objection certificate after obtaining remarks from the LAW officer about the execution of the contract or otherwise and the same should get in .pdf format from the concerned department and then same can be uploaded online by the vendor himself at the time of change in vendor detail.
